Kongache – Goan Dessert Recipe


500 grams sweet potatoes 

100 grams grated coconut 

50 grams jaggery 

½ Teaspoon Cardamom Powder


Steps of preparation 

Step 1

Boil the sweet potatoes, dice them into bite sizes pieces

Step 2 

Mix the grated coconut, jaggery, and cardamom powder in a bowl 

Step 3 

Combine the diced sweet potatoes and the jaggery mix.
